my fob consists of a gp medium and 3 rows of concertina wire, is 12 hours away from the nearest support by ground and 45 minutes away by air, and it's only my platoon there. to really top things off we don't have enough mortarmen so i am now a 2 man mortar team with with my other javelin gunner.

i'll be in country on march 5th.

we just finished a 25 mile road march and my feet look like ground beef.

it looks like i might not do something stupid this valentines day.

i just bought a ds and nintendogs and i love it! they're just so damn cute.

the only standards the army cares about are those that pertain to appearance.

well valentines day is almost upon us and it's time for my annual "stupidest nice thing to do" so who wants an overpriced gift thats means more than it should?
