Over Thanksgiving weekend, Cartoon Network aired their take on "The Hobbit". I saw this (as a kid) when it first aired back in 1977 during that Thanksgiving weekend. Have seen it a few times since then, but to have it pop-up unexpectedly last week was a wonderful nostalgic surprise
