Singing- at Voices.
Almost fully compliant today.
Made chicken in a spicy tomato sauce over rice last night- so we had lunch today too.
It's hot humid and sticky still. I know I will miss nice days but I am done with humidity.
Had a hard tent week last week- that and being away with the girls I was off ... So back on the horse again. Need to make

Feeling the edge of non-compliancce.
Not wanting to make the healthy/right choice.
It's positive to be able to identify the edge, but I need to push past it, maintaining the positive healthy place i can be in.

Monday Sept 12
Tonight was the first night back at Voices. A little jars to motivate to drive into town. Glad I did. Lots of familiar faces, lots of love and enthusiasm. Now straight to bed with a book. I did nothing against my plan today.
