Sorry to hear that, man. Hopefully it's nothing, just some random occurrence. If not, hopefully Frank will be okay, else you might need to pick up a Sammy to keep her company. Here's hoping everything turns out alright, and if it doesn't, well, you know we'll raise a glass of whiskey in Dean's memory when you visit.

I'm really sorry to hear it... <3

I've been a rat person for years...when they develop cancer it can come on quickly like you observed. Most of my rats that got cancer had it in the spot your describing.
...sometimes when they develop the cancer they'll act strange for awhile, then go back to somewhat normal. A lot of tumors in rats are benign. There's a wealth of rat related sites on the internet with excellent information.

That's just my experience...and it always killed me that the vet is so expensive.

Let me know what happens. Again, I'm sorry to hear it <3

*hug* Thank you.

Turns out she's fine, she just doesn't want me to hold her because I haven't been able to visit her for a while. I still plan to bring her to the vet after I get my financial aid check in, as a precaution.

Oh, and I'm completely up for that glass.
