I was able to focus on the part of my job I love this week... except that part isn't always great either. All of his lies came out at once. He hadn't changed as I'd thought. I almost fired him, and in the end, had to talk my boss out of firing him. I hope I can effect some sorta change in him before I leave. If not, at least I can feel good about
