so i have multiple strains of E-coal-I in my stomach that have rendered me lactose intolerant for the past five months. parasites eating my enzymes! but how did i get them? i mean, i followed all the rules when i was in morocco. and then i thought about it... and i can't really think of anything i ate that i could be sure of its safety... except
