Well, it took way more than two hours, but I'm happy that it's all done ... I can live with the two things I didn't get to! -
Limpiando mi casa
I've gotten an astonishing amount of incremental cleaning accomplished this weekend, and with the holiday Monday still have one day to go.
What remains:
- vacuum living room
- flip cushions on sofa
- vacuum sofa
- put away dishes in the dish tray
- clean stovetop
- fold laundry in dryer
- vacuum window sills (partly done!)

At a loss for words
I had an interesting discussion with a friend over lunch today. I'm almost certain that she understood what I was saying about her situation, but when I tried to relay the content of the conversation to another, mutual, aware-of-everything friend, he misunderstood me completely. All I want to do
On a grey and drizzy day, tummy full of strong coffee, fresh OJ and warm baguette (haha!), all I want to do is sit on my couch and knit, knit, knit. Which is all I can't do, because of the searing pain in my right forearm. Boo. -
