Bad Tim Hortons Service

This morning I had probably one of the worst customer service experiences in recent memory. I ordered a breakfast combo meal at Tim Hortons (biscuit sandwich, hash brown, and coffee) plus a bottle of water. The coffee never came, so I stood waiting. Then this conversation ensued

i can't stand customer service people do repeat the same thing or say the same thing to you again and again... as if you're deaf or the machine will eventually cooperate like in your case!

Oh the horrors of life in Canada, got to make that refugee claim, cannot return, too horrible.

yes u need to state on your refugee application that poor customer service in canada has driven you to leave! LOL

TH ads make it look like they are such a homey place! ha, some THs are really dumpy.
