First class mail will be 83 cents.

Priority Mail is $4.75 (dunno why you'd want that, though).

You have to pay for money orders, but I don't really know how much. It's safer because no one else can get the money but whoever you've made it out to. Concealed cash is just that.

I've never used anything but Paypal, so I'm not really sure.

(It's a dollar each, by the way)
