If it makes you feel any better, when you try to loose weight in the winter your body fights you extra hard, cause it is trying to put on weight to combat the cold. But! I'm sure your dieting and exercising is working, it just might take it a little longer to see results because of the season. And I don't think any of you need to be dieting anyway. Your gorgeous! But I am glad if it is making you happier and healthier. And if you want I'm down for intense exercise, it's great for stress relief.
There you go, I wrote you a novel.

Wow! I did not even think about that! I guess that makes a lot of sense. Aw, why thanks you! It's not like I want to loose TONS of weight. Just twenty pounds or so. (Wow, I guess that IS a lot of weight.)

Intense exercise sounds good! We should start running around my neighborhood after is gets less cold...

Or the track at Oak Crest!

Christmas is next week!

That phrase has been blowing my mind these past couple of days. I'm actually surprised how fast this month has gone by. I kind of want more time!

And I am so down for intense exercise. I have not earned gold stars at all this week. =( Even though my mom isn't cooking glorious things, all the moms of the sick babies at work have been bringing us continuous amounts of food to show appreciation for taking care of their sick babies. Hah. You can't say no to that! It would be rude.

I think I need some serious help!

GAH! I know right???? Next week. That is freaking insane.

We should deffinitely start working out twice a day! (I know you already do that, but I mean with us too! And every single day!) Seriously, I think we should work out every single day! Because it is not as bad if you eat that fun stuff if you are exercising hard to burn it off!

I KNOW. D| Christmas just came out of nowhere. This year has been nothing at all.

I agree with Katie; you're beautiful, but if you want to lose the weight, I support you. The best advice I can give on it is don't be negative about anything - lack of much progress, yourself, ANYTHING - and try to make healthy foods the things you want instead of what you have to eat. Like, have a good mindset about it. Since I started telling myself that I like salad over fries and celery over bread, I kind of have started liking them more. So lots of good luck! And if you ever need another workout partner, pick me! :D

I can't wait to come home and see yoooou~!

Aw, Thank you!!

I am trying not to be negative! I know that if you have stress in your life it doesn't make losing weight any easier. I feel like i am climbing this ladder of losing weight and right when I am making progress, something comes by and knocks me down! It is not good. It is just not easy to lose weight in this house.

I can't wait to get to see you!!!
