today i cried a lot and felt stupid about it
i don't wanna leave the hospital when i go there, i wanna stay with her.

anyway, it just wasn't the best day i've had but it's all fine.
i won't let anything affect me anymore.

everytime i come back from seeing my grandmother in hospital i get stomach "spasms" and i don't feel like eating...i force myself to eat but...it must be the smell of that place or something...it makes me sick.

Do you girls have panic attacks as well a few days before pms?
because of anemia i didn't have my pms for a while and it's been back like 4 months ago and now that i lost weight and all...i don't know, i just get panick attacks everytime my pms is coming. and if i don't manage to cry, it just won't end.
is that normal?
