Not much to tell I have a headache pretty much every day too but got the new meds yesterday so that should sort all the symtoms in due course.

Quiet evening as I was knackered..insomnia is still pretty bad.. when I did sleep last night I dreamt I had a terminal illness and then I was looking at my body right at the bottom of this deep crypt completly wrapped in this shroud type thing with a framed photo of me balanced on top!!! Not sure where that came from...

Well we were really rock and roll last night, sat down to watch Alexander, I fell asleep and was in bed by 10!!! oh the shame.
