It has been a while since I posted anything of worth which can be put down to a combination of constant pain and soul crushing depression about  pretty much all aspects of life. Friends and family, as always, keep me going but to my shame I have been neglectful towards some of them.

The last 2 nights have seen me awake at 3am and 4am respectively. The first time I just woke up and stayed up but this morning it was a bad dream that woke me up in quite some distress and I found myself curled up in bed crying for almost an hour. One more day to go then 12 days of freedom - so looking foward to being away from work for a little while as I am tired and rung out with it all.
