well he didn't sound like he had a cold but sniffed constantly.. it was just another reason to hunt him down and use his spine as an instrument.

Multiplied by several of those a day I would imagine by about 3.30pm you just go "yeah, whatever, sir", I know I do. I had a bit of a telling-off because I apparently answered the phone 'like a zombie' the other day.
