Actually had a good day today. I haven't been taking my morphine. Of course the pain is bloody awful but my mind is clearer and my mood has improved. I actually have a bit of get up and go, or get and shake and shuffle, in my case. This is wonderful, cheered me up no end!

Not much to post. Weekend was a washout, spent most of it on a high dose of morphine as pain is still pretty terrible.
