Gah! Work has been really shit so far...appointments slotted in with no customer details given to me at all...late customers, customer who cant speak English.......all makes for a tough day. I can seem to be able to speak properly for some reason, I open my mouth an shit is falling out....not sure why? I hate Mondays with a passion!
