I have two observations about job interviews:
1. Nowadays, the person conducting the interview can be either male or female.
2. They love to be referred to by the appropriate pronoun. If your interviewer is male, refer to him as "he." If your interviewer is female, "she" is considered more correct. Once you have established a rapport, "Babe" is also acceptable for either sex. -
