And after much debate, they'll be showing them in order, with the Christmas special in September, rather than holding it for Christmas. Which would make no sense, in a Firefly sort of way.

Repeats of the first new season start on BBC America on the same day as season 2 on SciFi. DVD boxed set of the second new season in January. And a company out of -- I think -- California has picked up licensing for the merchandise, so we can start getting collector's plates without ordering them from the Who Shop. If we are inclined to buy collector's plates.

Also, in case you missed it, Doctor Who beat out Battlestar for the TV Hugo (short-form broadcast drama or whatever it's called).
