I’m putting it down to hormones. Usually I feel I cope quite well but I’ve been so teary and choked up.
Thankfully been keeping busy to take my mind off things. Otherwise my mind ventures to unhelpful thoughts and I feel I am at risk to myself though I know deep down is never self harm. I just want this hurt to be over with already.
