The walk back home took longer than Yunho had anticipated. It turned out that two bundles of energy was harder to tame than one. He was pulled left and right, and by the time he got back home, he was exhausted. Yunho flapped down onto the couch and waved Sungwoong over. "Here! Phone your appa!"

Sungwoong took Yunho's cellphone with both of his small hands. After dialing the number, he handed it back to Yunho.

"...Hello?" The voice sounded breathless and shaky.

"H-hello?" Yunho asked hesitantly. "Is this Sungwoong's abeoji?"

"Yes...who is this?"

"Ajushi! This is Yunho and--!"

"Yunho?! Have you seen Sungwoong?! I don't know where he is! The daycare is closed and by the time I got--!"

"Ajushi! It's okay! Sungwoong's with me!"

The other side of the line was silent, and Yunho thought the line was cut off. Taking a quick look at the screen, it still showed the call is going.

"Hello? Ajushi?"

"Sungwoong's with you right now?"

"Yes, he's at my place right now." Yunho confirmed, hoping that would calm Jaejoong down.

"Okay. I'll be there in five minutes."

Huffing and puffing for the second time of the day, Jaejoong arrived at Yunho's residence. Luckily he came here before about a year ago for Moonbin's birthday party and so he still remembered the way there. At the front door he could see Yunho standing and waving at him.

"Y-Yunho!" Jaejoong gasped out. He put his hands on his knees to try to catch his breath.

"Ajushi! You ran here? You really didn't have to. Come in first!"

Jaejoong nodded his thanks as he stepped inside where Sungwoong and Moonbin were watching TV on the couch.

"APPA!" Sungwoong rush-attacked Jaejoong. "Where did you go Appa?!" Instead of replying, he simply lifted Sungwoong up in one shift motion, carrying him in his arms.

"Thank you so much for taking care of Sungwoong Yunho!" Still trying to catch his breath, he continued. "And I'm so sorry for having bothered you with this problem!"

"Oh, you didn't bother me at all! Don't worry about it!" Although in truth, Yunho was bothered, but he wasn't going to say that.

"I really need to get going now, but please, let me repay when I can."

Yunho scratched his head nervously, unable to think of anything to say. He had never encountered this kind of awkward situation before. "Ummm...sure! I'm sure an opportunity will come up."

Jaejoong smiled. "Alright then! I'll see you later! Goodbye!"

"Take care!"

Yunho closed the door and slowly walked back to the living room. He was amazed at how fast Jaejoong had came and went, and something just felt a little misplaced. He sat down beside Moonbin to watch cartoon with him while still in deep thought. A few minutes passed before Moonbin decided to enlighten Yunho's confused mind.

"Hyung, isn't that Sungwoong's backpack over there?"

Jaejoong walked down the empty residential street in silence with Sungwoong in his arms. Sungwoong, not aware of Jaejoong's inner turmoil, decided to chat away.

"Appa! I'm hungry! What are we having for dinner? I thought maybe you went to buy cookies, but Yunho-hyung said you were getting beans, and so I told him--"

"Food? Is that all you think about?" Jaejoong stopped and set him down on the side walk. Sungwoong looked up with teary eyes from the harshness of his voice. "Do you have any idea how worried I was while you were thinking about dinner?"

Tears started forming from a very confused Sungwoong. "A-appa...! I-I'm sorry...?"

At the sight of tears, Jaejoong wanted so much to just hug him and comfort him, but remembering his role as a parent, he forced himself to go on. "Saying sorry won't help anything! How many times did I tell you not to go away from the place I'm meeting you? Do you know how important it is? What if a kidnapper takes you away?"

"B-but I w-was with Yunho-hyung!" More tears came flowing. KimJaejoong, don't give in now. You have a job to do. Jaejoong knew that if he didn't emphasize the situation this time, Sungwoong wouldn't learn from it.

"Well, this time you were lucky, but luck won't come every time! It's still no excuse for not staying at the place I told you to!"

"I'm not making e-excuse! Other people have u-umma come if their appa d-don't come!"

Jaejoong opened his mouth to reply, but nothing came out. Why did Sungwoong have to bring this up now? Wasn't this lecture hard enough on him already? At Jaejoong's lack of response, Sungwoong continued.

"I want Umma! U-Umma won't forget about m-me! I want U-Umma!"

At that point, Jaejoong's patience wore down to nothing. "Always Umma this, Umma that! What have I told you so many times before about umma?!"

Sungwoong kept on sniffling. "That she is in heaven..."

"Exactly!" Jaejoong waved his arms to emphasize his point. "So what will you do the next time you can't find--" Jaejoong stopped mid-sentence when he saw someone out of the corner of his eyes. Looking up, he saw a frowning yet embarrassed looking Yunho stand at the street corner. Slowly, Yunho walked up to them.

"Ah....Ajushi? Sungwoong left his backpack at my place...and I thought...you know, that I'd bring it to you...?" Yunho brought his hand up to his neck and chuckled nervously.

Jaejoong knew from the awkwardness Yunho was radiating that he heard him yelling at Sungwoong. Before he even had time to think about what to say, Sungwoong reacted faster than any of them.

"Yunho-hyung!" Sungwoong tackled Yunho and buried his teary face into his jeans. Jaejoong tried his hardest to not show how much he was hurting inside from this.

Yunho looked from the Sungwoong attached to his leg, then back up to a displeased looking Jaejoong. He felt terrible for being involved in someone else's family issue, but it was not like he could escape now. Prying opening Sungwoong's arms, Yunho knelt down and handed his backpack to him. "Here you go Sungwoong. It's late, you should go home now, okay?"

Sungwoong took his backpack, but quickly latched onto Yunho again. Not knowing what to do, Yunho could only give a desperate look to Jaejoong.

Jaejoong grabbed Sungwoong's arm lightly and said "Sungwoong-ah, we need to go." However, Sungwoong slapped his hand away and only hugged Yunho tighter.

"I don't want Appa!"

Hurt was evident on Jaejoong's face now. Yunho didn't know rather he should try to dislodge the child in his arms or not.

"Sungwoong." Jaejoong said in a tone that left no room for arguments. Slowly, with lots of prying on Yunho's part, Sungwoong walked over to Jaejoong. Not trusting himself to say anything, Jaejoong dragged Sungwoong briskly off homeward.

Yunho stood up and watched the two walk away. He wanted so much to say something, but he knew it was none of his business. Don't be stupid Yunho, butt out! But Yunho's mouth worked faster than his brain.

"Ajushi!"

Jaejoong stopped and turned to look.

"I understand Sungwoong's situation." I have a broken family too. "I just want you to know that he didn't mean what he said." Yunho gulped nervously. Hopefully what he said wasn't too out of line. He just couldn't bare seeing Jaejoong so hurt.

Jaejoong smiled slightly from Yunho's words, and replied with something that could mean so little, yet so much.

"I know."

A/N: TT_TT Such a depressing chapter. I'm no good with sad things. Again, if you have any questions or confusions, please let me know (since it's probably my fault). I pushed the yunjae interaction up to this chapter, so I wasn't really prepared for it. Hopefully you all liked it. Thank you for reading! And special thanks to all to commented, they are great encouragement for me.
