So I am currently on a train and I forgot my book, so no excuses. I don't remember the last time I posted, but Dave and I took the week before July 4th off, so a total of 10 days off. IN A ROW. So I don't really do resolutions. That being said, I have bought a $130 pair of running shoes and begin running tonight. My goal is running the Army 10 Miler on 10/4/09. I have a 'training regimen' that will have me running a 10k in March (6.2 miles), which should leave me more than able to do 10 miles in October. I used to run a LOT and liked ( Read more... ) -
