So this week I am officially partially unemployed. You would have to work for the piece of s--t company I do to understand the twisted logic behind that. I AM employed 32 hours a week and supposedly will receive 8 hours of unemployment for the balance. I'm tired of corporate living.

There should be some sort of major prize for parents who make it through the FAFSA paperwork for not just one, but two kids. I want a giant Banana split with whipped cream and cherries (or Godiva's chocolates would be o.k. too).

O.K., so I'll admit it. I love my new car. I love my new computer. This whole self-indulgent thing has its merits. I think I should have tried this a long time ago. Now, if I can just convince myself to walk a mile a day I will have completed all my New Years Resolutions.
How is everyone else doing with theirs?

I am preparing to go forth and do battle with car dealers. Why do I feel like I need a shield and a sword?

It's beginning to feel alot like Christmas. Pun intended.

Lately my cats have taken to sleeping in very awkward spots around the house. They lie in the middle of the floor in the hallway to the bedrooms - right in the midst of the foot traffic. At Wal-mart tonight I was struck again by just how much useless shit we consume as Americans.
