I came up with two recipes tonight and named them after people. I took two very different approaches in the creation process.

Right now I am drinking between 2 and 4 cups of chocolate milk a day, which is more cow's milk in a day than I drank in a week for the first 20 years of my life. I still like ice-cold soy milk better, but ice-cold soy milk does not come in convenient 500 mL packages in the variety store next to res, while chocmilk does ( Read more... )

The Frog was in town today, so she came over and I made lunch. So much garlic! We each had "just because" presents for each other, mine for her was a bracelet I made last night and hers for me was a gorgey glass pendant with purple flowers. I used to be able to think in French. Now, I don't think in French anymore, I have to translate it. The funny thing is that I'm trasnlating English to Spanish to French instead of just English to French. This probably bodes well for Spanish.
