I am back on weight watchers. (well, for two weeks, and then I will break for Thanksgiving and Cancun, and go back on it when I return) But still. 5 hours in, and it already BLOWS.
So help me god I HOPE I'm inspiring!! I need to drop 7 pounds just to get back to where I was at the beginning of the year...when I already thought I was 20+ pounds overweight. Oy.
See, I feel like that sounds too overwhelming for me. I am trying to break it into increments. Firts up...I need to lose 7 pounds. If that goes well...hopefully the 5 after that will be easier. And so on. Of ocurse, considering I am planning on going to cancun and drinking a lot of daiquiris...that first 7 pounds might be difficult :)
It's not Weight Watchers, but I use the Lose It app on my iPod Touch and I've lost ten pounds so far -- I'm on the one-pound-a-week plan and it's working very well.

how does the lose it app work?M y goal is one pound a week as well...
