I am so happy! I finally got my wireless router working tonight. Paula helped me on the phone and when we couldn't get the problems resolved, I call the mfg tech support. The women that was "helping" me was so rude!! And she ended up saying the problem was that I was using the wrong email address and password. I wasn't. So, I tried again on

We are going to go that rout (pun!) when R moves in permanently and we move his computer down here. I am totally clueless about what it takes. So I'll be turning to you for advice :)
