Best. Error. Ever.

Yes, I got an error in Linux, but once you see the message, you will see why:

"GParted must be run as Root.
Since GParted can be a weapon of mass destruction, only root may run it."

I don't get it...

and it turns out my grandmum wants my computer tonight, and I won't be able to even attempt the sharing files thing.... so I'm gonna have to do it 2 gigs at a time via my usb flash drive-thing. Thank you anyway, though, I really appreciate it!

GParted can irreparably fuck over your computer if you make the slightest mistake, so you need to be have the super-user password to use it.

More than just fuck up your computer - GParted can open up a black hole of magnetic screamy DOOM if you use it wrong. I had it destroy a hard drive once (it was a school drive, so it wasn't too bad...).

But at least it's better than doing it over commandline, like I had to in FreeBSD. They don't have graphical installers for BSD...
