my favorite holiday sucked soo bad this year

i think im going back again...the littlest things upset me and make me think of all my problems

so, ive had a decent week, the panic attacks are farther and fewer between. although, i never know when the next one will be. i may get some meds for this, but im not sure. so im going to talk to a counselor tomorrow to see if i should medically withdrawl from the term...i think it may be a good option. we will see what she thinks. i also have ( Read more... )
