Wow, I realized I haven't updated my journal in awhile. Well I'd just like to record that as of today, I have gotten through the worse of my anxiety disorder. I've seen a huge change in my life. So I just thought I'd finally update on my panic attacks. So far I haven't had any full blown attacks for more than a month now. I still have a hard time doing some things (like going out to eat or hanging out with my dad (no offense to him but he just knows how to get me stressed out)), but I've been able to press through and start enjoying life ( Read more... )

So I will soon be opening an online store...and I am very excited! It will be focused on hair products for the time being, and perhaps grow to a whole beauty emporium! So the past few days have been so much better. I haven't had a panic attack, which is great! I've really been focusing on God and serving others, which has taken my mind off of myself.  Today went well:) It was Jony's grandpa's memorial service, and although there were sad moments, it was mostly filled with happy memories and good times. I felt nervous a few times while I was there because of being around all of his family and worrying about having an attack and looking stupid, but a few things helped me through it. I really like Hillsong United; they're good Christian music, not corny like a lot of worship music.
