here we are at another transition. summer's coming to an end. classes start today. this weekend is labor day weekend. the first uga football game is saturday, the first college football game is tonight. i can smell fall in the air sometimes, after the storms we've been having.

so much has changed, yet so much is the same.

is there an Escape key for life? because i would press it.

i started back on zoloft today and scheduled my first appointment with my therapist for next week. i also told ben about it all. i felt like i was turning my insides out to him and i'm glad i did it. maybe my life will start to look back up. for now, i just try to stay busy so i don't think about it.

i bought deathly hallows because i know people won't stay quiet around me for much longer. my sister is bringing the half-blood prince up today so i can be caught up before i start the final installment. i'm really sad it will be over by the end of this week ( Read more... )

everything that used to get me excited, i know have absolutely no feelings about. it's not even dread, it's just numbness. i just don't care.

i owe the state of georgia $500. i wish i had $500.

well, july 24 unfolded exactly as i was expecting for the past two months. no surprises there.

we went to trivia in athens on wednesday night. of course ben got all the sports questions. i got the one about new words in the dictionary, a porn title, and the name of a cocktail. so i like words, sex, and alcohol? sounds like a typical writer to me, haha ( Read more... )
