Completed today. Getting back into the swing of doing things. It's not a habit again yet, so I really need to concentrate on this. The push ups themselves were hard but not impossible. I may not have finished the program last time, but even the 3 weeks I did totally help. :)
The next time I decide to do squats, someone please tell me "yes, that is a great idea...just don't follow them up with 3 sets of lunges while holding dumbbells, you dumbell!".
Uh, initial test was 20...I think. I'll start W1 next week when I learn to walk again.
