;; so sad. I hate the split ugh. I hate that they were so unhappy they had to leave. To choose between being miserable with the people they loved or losing them and their entire world (DBSK) for the chance of improving their situation. This quote of Junsu's beaks my heart

I agree, the situations that idols/celebrities/entertainers in Korea are expected to deal with just because they 'chose' this and want to continue in the profession are ridiculous. I always find it so sad when I see idols sleeping between takes/photos/schedules or even in the middle of a show (i.e. sleeping in the car on running man) because they are so sleep deprived. It's no wonder HoMin always seem so much happier in Japan - I've gotten the impression that they get a lot more freedom and respect over there.

There will be more to Home and the CM verse eventually (I'm going on holiday soon, so it will probably be after I get back). I purposefully didn't publish this before Home, because I wanted the happy ending to be set already... I hate unhappy endings T_T

Pain encroaches, it corners until we're facing all that we've ever perceived we have done wrong. The constant doubt dogged by a never ending string of what if's. Sleep is only a part of what he's loosing in this battle. One day at a time doesn't nearly feel as long as those lonely nights. Then when the sun does come up and we're caught up in everyday life it almost feels like a relief from the onslaught of regrets that plague the night. Caught in the self-made web of torture, everything seems bleak.
Hoping Jae makes peace with what has been done. Time can't be reversed and things undone so make the best of the present. Things may never be exactly the same, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Memories fade, but regrets still linger. We can only hope that all of them are happy and will be able to move forward without being consumed by doubts and regrets. I am always drawn to write fics surrounding the events of the split, but at the same time I am hesitant to try to put into words what they must have been experiencing.
