I need to figure out how to clear the ever present fuzz in my head that seems to keep me from being productive.... Suggestions? neither caffeine nor vitamins seem to be doing the trick. Increase water, check. Eat... Check. Sleep? Broken but check. Maybe I need more exercise. -
