Decided to wake up early this morning and go to church. Man, I forgot how good that is and how important it is to me. I don't even care what kind of church it is or even if it's a building per se, I just need to get outside the house for the express reason of experiencing God. Awesome.

I lifted weights today for the first time in forever. Damn it feels good to be a gangster. Tomorrow: gardening!

It is a good thing that I get to come visit Melanie today and then the rest of the yosemite crew very soon, because I need some dang human contact!!! I haven't been hugged in far too long.
