Got tired of weightlifting so I've switched over to more calisthenics. I still do (the) two compound exercises: squats and deadlifts, but only with 100kgs, and try to see how many reps I can do in one go. So far I can do 100kg x 44 reps deadlifts in just under two and a half minutes, and 100kg x 24 reps squats. It is horrible. My goal is 100kg x
