Well then. This is going to try and be a positive entry :)
I just read back over my past ten or so entries. My god I wobble about all over the place don't I? I can't really blame me though - I've had a not-brilliant time of it recently.
But anyway. The last few weeks have been pretty good.

So.
I was fired on Monday.
Lots of feelings; mainly shame, guilt and depression; but also relief, weirdly enough. Not going to go too deep into it because once I start rambling there'll be no end to it and this post will never be published!
Fell into the pit of despair on Tues and Weds, recovering a little to go to therapy Weds afternoon (though I ( Read more... ) -

stream of consciousness
I had some thoughts in my head for a post last night/earlier today, but they've gone.
Bad day. Woke up. Had no urge to leave my room at all, mainly due to the fact that dad was here. Lay in bed all day. Tried a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator test. Came out with INFJ. Go look up the definition for that because I'm really not in a mood to link or hashtag ( Read more... ) -

Welcome to another entry that starts "So much for the early night then!"
Trying to keep a bit of a log of my mood swings etc. Realised that I don't really keep a diary or anything and can only go on what I've tweeted/text/msn'd/skype'd. Which is v limiting!

I would like to feel in control again.
Obviously, when my social life is on-track and happy-making (for the most part) everything else must go to hell.
Why is there no happy balance?
I hate sounding so bloody dramatic all the time.
But why can't at least one part of my life consistantly go well?

Nothing.
Didn't go out last night.
Cried on my drive home. Got in. Cried myself to sleep. Slept for an hour in my clothes. Woke up. Changed into my pajamas. Cried myself back to sleep. Had my most recent reaccuring nightmare. Woke up. Screamed silently into the darkness for an hour as I was too dehydrated to cry. Fell asleep again until 6:30am. Woke up. ( Read more... )
