Seven Samurai is so sweet that I was able to stay focused without moving around and I started watching the movie at 12:30 at night so that means it was done at 4 I think...and I didn't fall alseep.

those are the exact circumstances under which i watched it. i am getting somewhat sidetracked on my quest for the top 250 because i'm also renting kurosawa movies that aren't on the list (throne of blood isn't on there, surprisingly, and a lot of people like that best of all).
