I have been watching videos all day long showing the waves crashing over the seawall and the flooding already taking place.  I know that my sister and Judy left Galveston yesterday and are staying in Houston with friends. I know some people - friends of ours,  decided to stay in Galveston.

I wiped out on the trail this evening and as a result I have a bump on my knee (and an ever stiffening knee) to prove it. However, I totally kicked butt on the hills and I finished the ride even after skinning my elbow and whacking my knee so all in all it was fun.Really ( Read more... )
