What we mean by asking what you think of Voldemort as a character instead of as a person is whether or not you think he's an interesting or well-developed character. I think the point is that everyone knows he's evil and powerful, and blah, blah, and maybe it's a little more interesting to see what people think about his development and construction as a character, as opposed to just having everyone describe his character.
I'm squibing. If you choose to re-apply after a month, I suggest you use capitalization when it's appropriate. I would also suggest that you try to look a little deeper into some of the questions and answers, and try to add a little more substance to this application.
There just wasn't that much present in your application, and the issues with capitalization distracted me from the content of your answers. So I am going to say Squib for now, but if you decide to reapply, try to add more depth to your application, and really explain why you feel the way you do, and edit your application for grammar issues. I just didn't feel that there were enough details in the application to show me any combination of houses.

I'm sorry, but squib. The info you provided were pretty on the surface, so I couldn't look in depth. And like what the others said, please do take note of your capitalization.
Well, you're going to get Squibbed, so i'm going to stop this application being completely pointless. I looked past the grammatical errors (because it doesn't fuss me) and the mis-interpretation of Question 2 and saw some form of a Ravenpuff vibe. I know i'm going to get shot about the Ravenclaw part, but just because you cannot use correct grammar doesn't mean you're not intelligent, right? This is the internet, few people use correct grammar. *winks* Anyway, please re-apply. Just run it through spell-check and re-do Question 2. Add a little more depth, but I think you'll get in for sure next time around. :)
