Add another movie to the list:
Batman Begins.

Maybe it's because I didn't really follow the comic series, but I didn't think it was too bad. I've heard mixed reviews, and my opinion of it sits somewhere in the middle. Not the best movie, but overall worth the watch.

The Inside Man - Ended a bit wierd but a good movie worth the watch and the money.

Camping this weekend was a blast, even though we didn't end up staying there the night. Not bad for a first time. And hey - I can pitch quite a tent.

To end this short update, I picked myself up a 2 gig nano for $110 today. Not bad

Random road trip to London, for less than 20 hours total, Saturday night. Loads of fun, too many stories to tell. Well worth the drive up.

Pending my passage of all those exams, I am now done half of my undergraduate university career. The only thing I have to say is that the first half went by faster than I remember and that university is really different from what I thought it would be. Quick update before bed. After more elections I am now the Chair of the Finance Committee, member of the External Affairs Committee, and member of the Campus Events Advisory Committee. This on top of the executive board. Looks like its going to be a fun year, and it looks like people have invested quite a bit of trust in me. Hopefully we can turn ( Read more... )

I love the characters in this Biker internal cleansing drama. It's funny how similar it is to the Mob movies we've all grown up watching. Bodies dumped in a random person's field, shocked citizens waking up to find cars on their property, alleged underworld involvement splashing across front pages. Our first official SRA meeting accompanied Student Recognition Night on Wednesday. I'm a bit lazy, and it wasn't all that eventful (besides the mingling) but needless to say I am excited and looking forward to next year.
