but maybe try filling up on vegetables? that's what i do. i make a huge salad type thing and eat it slowly, sipping water (or crystal light) throughout the whole meal.
i'm weird & you may not like it, but here is what i have been eating for my meals:
you'll need: 4 cups of lettuce (30 calories) 2 cups of diced zucchini (40 cals) 10 slices of mushrooms (15 cals) 3 tablespoons of plain mustard (or to taste) lemon& lime juice (to taste) tabasco sauce (to taste) pepper (to taste) total calories: 85 calories total protein: 9 grams total carbs: 14 total fat: 1
then i put it in the microwave on the fresh vegetables setting. it makes it kind of soup-y if you put quite a bit of lemon&lime juice in it. and it's nice and warm.
it's SO filling. sometimes i can only finish half of it if i eat it slowly & i save the rest for if i get hungry so i have something on hand and don't end up eating something bad.
is this your lowest weight ever, even lower than when you were hospitalised? i don't understand how you've managed to get a bmi below 14 without your parents freaking out, after the first time i didn't drop back below a bmi of 18 until i went to university, i was watched like a hawk
yeah, i'm lower than i was even when i was hospitalized. only by maybe a pound or two, but i was a couple inches shorter. the clothes i had back then are loose.
even after the hospital i was still underweight. as a kid i a stick too. i've never been at a healthy weight, so it kind of makes it easier to hide. although, they ARE noticing that i'm loosing. but i blame it on my stress and my IBS (i can't eat anything other than tofu and vegetables, really without having stomach problems). and i'm vegan and allergic to gluten.
i just hope they don't notice over march break. i'll be around them more often (and wearing a bikini). plus, at home we don't eat together but when we are all staying at a resort together they might notice jut how little i eat.
**as a kid i was a stick too. i was under 2 pounds when i was born & have always been called twiggy. even at my highest weight (105) i had people asking me if i ate. but i was pretty muscular then.
i developed ibs symptoms when i started eating again last time i was in recovery, it sucks and i couldn't restrict properly for about three years - i had to eat regularly or i'd be crippled with pain
i hope the bikini doesn't make your parents flip out - enjoy spring break!
heh. thanks darling. i'm going to try to! i really hope i can lose, but i'll be happy if i maintain over the march break (which i'm not really looking foreward to)

Keep it up, love. You can definitely maintain + lose weight with this sort of restriction.
