Great article here on the chef at the Copenhagen restaurant just voted number one in the world.

I made a delicious vegetarian dish for dinner Sunday night that I highly recommend. This mushroom bourguignon is terrific. It takes a while to make, but it tastes just fine reheated. kristenlou bought me several lovely things for my birthday last week. Among them were some chocolates from John Kelly that are without a doubt the best thing I ever ate. You must try these. Seriously.

As you all know, I love to bake, and when I only had a few people working for me, it seemed like a great idea to give them Christmas cookies as a gift.
