Snape makes his way to his seat acting for all the world as if he is NOT being led by a large blue canid with pinata face on. He is simply walking, and whatever it is that is going on in front of him is an entirely seperate affair, surely.

As this is Hippolyta's wedding, he has allowed himself to be persuaded out of his black robes and into...grey ones. (Cashmere with green trim, thank you!) It is a red letter day, indeed.

((I myself am going to be intermittant to not here, as my presence has been spoken for tonight - however, I shall RETURN so there can be tag catch-ups later. <3!))

Isis smiles at the Professor and waves slightly from her seat. ^_^ She is, currently, sans-Eiko at the moment. "Hello, Professor."

A largish gift (yes, bigger than a breadbox. Perhaps average-television-sized) is borne in at wand-point, floating, and added to the other gifts. There's an occasionally-seen sublessor at the other end of that wand, who has even taken a wedding as a reason to dress up. He actually even looks good dressed up, wearing in a creme shirt (with french cuffs and flashy blue-and-silver cufflinks, to boot!), a blue ascot, a black tuxedo and waistcoat-- and beat-up blue tennis shoes. He may be alone.
He may not be! It is, at present, a mystery.

Then, Colin looks around the place. He hasn't seen Hippolyta in an awfully long while- but he'd be damned if he wasn't going to turn up to affirm that yes, he was here to bear witness as this woman and this man tie the bonds of matrimony and commit to each other for better or for worse, in sickness and in health, 'till...
...how long does this intend to go on, anyways, he pauses to consider suddenly.

"Huh." A grin. This should be some interesting rewording.

There's a redhead in green quietly appearing at the back of the hall. She doesn't know if she can stay--but she hopes at least to watch the ceremony. She has brought a box in green and silver paper which contains two planets in glass, from Murano, that hold in each a charm of protection from danger.

The box is placed carefully on one of the tables by the wall, and she settles quietly to wait.

Asks the quiet, Spanish voice soon next to her, "So. I take you are the infamous Nadezhda Serenskaya Snape, who I have heard so much of, but have not, until this moment, had the honor to meet?"

When she'll turn to look, she'll find the probably equally infamous castallan standing nearby, smiling warmly up at her. He's been looking forward to meeting her for a long, long time now.

He must move like a cat.

Nadezhda smiles--a real smile, not the wintry thing she uses much of the time. "Guilty. And you would be Ramon Salazar, who has given my great friend such happiness, and is about to give her his hand and name as well." She offers a hand. "It's a great pleasure to meet you at last."

It's been said, yes. He's fantastic these days at sneaking and approaching silently.

That fair hand is taken and a soft, respectful kiss is placed on the back of it. "Guilty as charged, señora. I cannot say enough what an pleasure it is to meet you at last. After hearing so much about you from Hippolyta, and what a fascinating and beautiful person you are, I can now see she never spoke in exaggeration."

Also at the back of the hall is a tall man with large nostrils. He's in his best dress uniform, thin tie and all.

And he doesn't look utterly miserable. He just looks faintly wistful. And he genuinely is on his best behaviour. There will be no objecting, no making a scene, nothing of that sort.

In a way, it's almost like he's here for closure.

Dirk is unfashionably on time, which says just how important all this is to him. His gift is tucked under one arm, and he is in fact wearing a tuxedo. It's a tuxedo that's seen better days and had to be let out slightly, but it's a standard formal black and white and red affair. He's sans hat, and unhappy about it, but it seemed disrespectful to the other guests to wear something that would thwap anyone sitting next to, in front of, or behind him.
Giant blue dragon thing. Hunh. Well that's weird, but par for the course around here. He'll just sit wherever it tells him to.

((I must totally go draw him in a tux now. Because.))
