well i don't hear it myself but practically everyone I meet picks up on it and asks me where i'm from. Although people usually think i'm Australian or south African. I guess because of the mix of accents.
It also depends entirely on my mood. I often catch myself going back and forth between accents rather drastically for some reason. Mostly when i'm around my family. Also I read and think in an English accent. It's rather baffling. Although I think it has something to do with being in survival mode.
I dunno. Accents are weird. I don't know why I was/am afraid to have one because talking in an English accent comes so much more naturally.
And it's funny because i haven't been able to admit that until now.
