It's been a few weeks since i've last cut myself. But I've been having urges. I've been having problems sleeping at night, and when i'm awake with nothing to do, that's when I get the urges. Sometimes they're really strong. So far I haven't given in. Is there any things that I can do next time I feel an urge, besides cutting? Thanks!

i havnt wrote in here for a while, i tried to quit cutting like most of u know..i didnt do it for 3 months.
take a guess what happened next, i cut again that was last week.
im gonna still try and stop.
the thing is i dont wana lose anyone anymore.

You see somthing has been eating away at me for a long time, my best friend's girlfriend wrote him a note...a note about cutting. I wasnt spose to read it, but I did. I found out his girlfriend use to cut...she use to cut alot. It scared the crud out of me becuase she's like the mother of my friends, and chastieses me when I cut. ive been not cutting for 5 or more months, and i havent thought about it. i also havent thought about suicide anymore, i usto think anbout it everyday. i hope this is the end and i wont have any relapse cauz ive been struggling with cutting and suicide for 3-4 years now and i dont wanna go back down that road again. but now i still have the scars ( Read more... )

feeling very tired and very weak, it feels kind of icky and whatever.
I broke and cut my chest the other day and I feel really bad about it because I'd been so "good" about not doing so. Bleh.
I don't know what to say except I can't believe that I'm pretty anymore and I wish people would stop telling me I was.
