So yesterday was the first day of the cleanse. I have to say for the most part it really wasn't to difficult. I woke up did the 32oz Salt water flush. So last night was incredable. Jess, Rob and I all went to Sleaze side to walk amongst the skeletons of abandoned arcades, rides and cheese steake vendors.
