So i have been really successful with this master cleanse, I have definately dropped some weight. I beleive my starting weight was between 145 and 143. I am now down to 138.2 at least that is what my scale says, it could be less because i still definately have some liquid in me from today's lemonade drink. I woke up this morning I did my salt water flush and peed probably like an hour after I had finished drinking it. The Kimya Dawson show was incredable. She has such a sweet comforting little voice and she is so funny and genuinely nice. Well today is day 1 of the master cleanse. i think it is going pretty successful ive drank 1 32oz bottle of the lemonade, but right now i am on the verge of a splitting headache (which is good i suppose because it's a detox symptom).
