Hey all. Since livejournal is a bit tedious to add lots of photos to I've made an alternate blog for my trip which can be seen here: Travel Blog.

That's where all the updates have been going. (well there and facebook) Anyway, head that direction for visual and report from the Great Train Escape. Cha cha cha.

It's official folks! The great journey is at hand in less than 10 days. My time in Japan has been sweet but it is at an end. The next jaunt has me traveling the tran-siberian railway followed by a tour of Europe and finally back to New York. Here's the route:
