Extremely bad taste

I do not understand the fascination with 'body art'. There is nothing artistic about it at all. It is the permanent disfigurement of the body. It is said to be a terribly painful process and the results will stay with your forever. We are not meant to be marked like cattle ( Read more... )

Do you ever feel happy about anything at all, ever? It doesn't seem like it.

Please, next time explain to us that mistletoe encourages sexual impropriety among children. Or cite statistics that show that 1 out of every 100 unicorns gores children with its horn.

Express you, hurray, but this constant soapbox is just a drag.

Believe it or not, getting a rise out of people like this is rather nice.

Would you like me to point out the detriments of the mistletoe? Unicorns don't gore children, dear Benjamin. Manticores do.

I got your name right.

Tattooing is an ancient tradition that has taken place for reasons both religious and status-related. In some cultures body scarification is a common practice and is a sign of beauty. If you wish to deny tattoos, you might as well ban makeup, jewelry, or the very clothes we wear.

While you would be correct in assuming that many criminals bear tattoos, throughout history it has generally been done against their will and used as a marker to expose them to authorities. Also the one argument I would have agreed with you did not use, the one of tattooing's various health risks. But I shall leave you to think what you will.

You know, you may want to consider taking up a hobby. It seems like you are against everything. If a person wants to get a tattoo it's thier choice, it's thier body. It's not right that you judge people just because they have a tattoo either.

This is a hobby, dear Remus.

Oh. I hadn't noticed that. Have you considered any other hobbies? Because trying your hardest to get a rise out of everyone seems a bit extreme.

Would you rather I drown myself in liquor like what is expected of me, being in Slytherin?

So I'm a criminal since I have a tattoo? I think you have your facts messed up, Delores.

Why dont you find something worthwhile to do, instead of bitching about what everyone else does?
