On August 6th, I'll be jumping out of a plane, at 14,500ft - with my brother.

And I couldn't be happier about that.

Sorry I haven't been here a while - some things been bouncing around in my head while I've been trying to grasp something.

So evidently a study was found that abstinence pledges may trigger risky sexual behavior. Similar story here too.

So earlier this month, God proved his sick sense of humor - much to my delight. Evidently, a man lowered himself voluntarily into a lion's pit in the Kiev zoo, claiming that, "God will save me, if he exists."  An official of the zoo said that. "A lioness went straight for him, knocked him down, and severed his carotid artery.1"

Now it may just be me, but why in the face of adversary will individuals shy away from proof of failure? I understand that no one wants to be proven wrong - but at what point should one shy away from responsibility, or even their own failure?
