yeah they totally were right in pulling the tube, who wants to live like that? not me or anyone i know. And if she had an eating disorder than she was obvisouly conserned with how she appeared, she would have been mortified to have seen herself liek that and to know that the whole world did as well. I think her parents are just stubborn and need to learn when to let go.

the tube was justly pulled and honestly, its no one else in the nation's business so the fact that people got so up in arms over it, when it does happen every day, is silly. it was a personal matter that should have stayed within the family. it turned into a media circus, and south park did a damn good job making fun of it this past wednesday.

I need to see that episode. We'll all probably go to hell afterwards, but if that's the case, I'm already doomed to an eternity burning down there with my buddy Satan anyways.

that episode was HILARIOUS. its incredible how fast the south park producers come up with episodes that are so current.

Agreed, this was not an issue that GW needed to talk about. The parents actually had no argument. When you get married, your spouse has the right to make decisions for you when you are unable to do so in any medical circumstance. Just think, with all those people protesting, they could have done something useful rather that try to prolong a life of ... drooling.

I can see how'd they'd be upset because they didn't get the money they were promised. It is partially their fault because they didn't formulate a written contract or anything of the sort. Spoken promise means nothing in the "real world". Anywho, that just probably pissed them off further, and they just found other things to complain about as well. Enough complaints might equal a law suit, which could equal money! And money solves all problems!

That's exactly what I was thinking. People are so pro-life sometimes that they just become anti-Nature. (And they also just sound stupid.) Nature isn't always about letting life go on, it also includes the natural time of passing. So if technology was good enough to keep someone alive in a vegetable state for 15 years, then why can't we open doorways to with stem cell research, which can also help preserve life?

Well hopefully at least the U.S. bulimic rates drop.

Why can't we open the doors to stem cell research? Because it's "immoral" according to the big man.

As far as bulimic rates dropping... I doubt it. Cosmogirl had Mary-Kate on their cover a month back or so. I want to be as thin as her. Maybe I'll stop eating, just like her. Then maybe I'll get movie deals because my BMI is below 10 just like all the models in the teen magazines.

I thought you actually had to have breasts to be on the cover of Cosmo. Sorry Mary Kate but you just can't do it with a BMI of 10.

Dude, I'll never be on the cover of any magazine. Maybe the "Teens we mistoook 10 year olds" issue.

here my statement goes. ignorant kayleigh, george bush lover, and yankees fan.
my opinion is : they should have pulled the plug FIFTEEN years ago because bulimia means ur not happy with ur self. depression = suicide. she was doomed anyways but at least when shes in a coma her husband gets some money..

When she's in a coma her husband gets money? He spends eighty thousand, at least a year on her. He would have gotten mortality claims earlier, not blown all that money on hospital bills, PLUS the five hundred thousand from the lawsuit. And an automatic divorce. All problems solved. Money makes the world go round for some.
